Who we are
COGMUNK is an early-stage AI and software engineering company based in Chennai, India. You can reach us at praveen@cogmunk.in.
What we collect, and why
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus your business name and phone number if you add them. We use this only to read your message, reply to you and discuss a possible project. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who handles it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as the visitor’s IP address and browser type, for security and to run the site. If you email us directly, your message reaches our email provider.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser’s session storage to remember that the opening animation has played. It holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to respond and follow up. We delete it when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email praveen@cogmunk.in and we will respond. We may update this notice and will change the date above when we do.
